Rosemary Boeglin is a junior at Carmel High School in Indiana. She is the features section editor for the student newspaper, the HiLite. She eats lunch at her school cafeteria two to three days per week.

Nancy Borowski is a certified dietary manager and the child nutrition manager for the Newton-Conover City Schools in Newton, NC.

Suzanne Buchko is the parent of a first grader in Madison, WI. She has recently joined with other parents in her district to call for healthier school meals.

Debra Eschmeyer is a Kellogg Food and Society Fellow and the marketing and media director of the National Farm to School Network and the Center for Food and Justice.

Shannon Henry lives in Madison, WI, where she is working with a group of parents to call for healthier school meals. She runs the web site www.cookingwithfriendsclub.com, which encourages people to cook together to nourish their family and friendships. She was a staff writer for The Washington Post for seven years and is the author of the 2002 book The Dinner Club (Free Press/Simon & Schuster).

Patricia Mulvey is a personal chef in Madison, WI. She has a second-grader and a kindergartner at Franklin Elementary School, and she has recently joined other parents in the district to call for healthier school meals.

Susan Rubin is the founder of Better School Food, an parent advocacy organization dedicated to improving school meals and raising awareness about the links between good food, good health and a student’s ability to learn. She is one of the “Two Angry Moms” in the school lunch documentary film of the same name. Susan is a mom of three in Chappaqua, NY where she has a private holistic health practice. Suzanne Swift is a stay-at-home mom in Madison, Wisconsin. She has recently joined other parents in the district to call for healthier school meals. When she is not raising the next generation of healthy eaters she is a non-profit and small business marketing consultant. She has an MBA from the University of Washington and  BA from UC Berkeley.

Yukiya Jerry Waki is an associate foodservice director for Chartwells School Dining Services in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District in California.
